Call to speak to a highly trained customer service representative who will answer your questions, and/or submit a service request to the appropriate department. Durham One Call also allows the City to better monitor services performed by its departments with improved tracking software, creating a more efficient and accountable government. Durham One Call is responsive to residents needs by: ¿ Reducing the number of non-emergency calls to 911 ¿ Decreasing the volume of incoming calls to departments ¿ Increasing productivity within the departments ¿ Improving accountability Durham One Call is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday except holidays. The department also provides an on-line service request form that allows citizens to request services 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week. To help citizens who visit City Hall, a Durham One Call representative is located in the City Hall lobby. Bi-lingual English/Spanish-speaking representatives are available to provide assistance. Durham One Call is a division of the City Managers Office.
